Since 2007 the Stratford Group of Advanced Motorists has been organising a scheme for under 17 year olds to start their driver training early.
We started at the Heritage Motor Museum, Gaydon and them moved to the Long Marston Storage Depot. Now we are based at Long Marston Airfield and hopefully this will be our new home for a long time to come.
The scheme holds sessions once a month, on a Sunday, and we use DSA Approved Driving Instructors in dual control cars.
The roads are obviously restricted in access to ensure that no members of the public are around.
